3. Age Verification

• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers is determined by regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. VIP cashback is not subject to the same wagering requirements as bonuses, but specific terms of use may apply.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in hm333's gaming and betting platform.

6.1 Game and Betting Integrity

hm333 believes in the principle of fair play. All games and sports betting events are conducted honestly and transparently. If the outcome of any game is disputed for any reason, hm333's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system failure affects the outcome of a game, hm333 may cancel or restart that round. In such cases, the user's staked bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Activities
